Store Terms
How selling on Labbesni works: payments, orders, refunds, Try-On and disputes
These terms apply to every store that sells through Labbesni. By ticking "I accept the store terms" when you send your store for review, you accept them on behalf of your business. Version 2026-10-09.
This is an early version. Amounts and schedules that are not stated here are agreed with each store by the Labbesni team, and when these terms change we publish a new version and ask stores to accept it.
1. How customers pay and when you are paid
- Every order is prepaid from the customer's Labbesni wallet. There is no cash on delivery, and you never collect money at the counter.
- When an order is placed, the amount is held. It is released to you only when the order is delivered. For Try-On orders, it is released when the try-on is finished (see section 4).
- Your share is the item subtotal minus Labbesni's commission. Delivery fees and tax are not part of your share. Rounding always favours the store.
- The commission rate is agreed with you by the Labbesni team before your store is approved, and shown on your statements.
- Discounts and promo codes are paid for by Labbesni: you are owed the full subtotal less commission, as if no discount applied. Free delivery is also paid for by Labbesni.
- Prices are locked when the order is placed. A later price change never alters an order already placed.
- Your earnings build up as a balance owed to you. The payout schedule and method are confirmed with you by the Labbesni team.
2. Regular orders
You manage orders from the Labbesni dashboard and hear about new ones by notification.
- Confirm a new order promptly, or reject it if you cannot fulfil it. A rejection returns the full amount to the customer's wallet.
- Mark the order Preparing, then Ready for pickup once it is packed. Only then is it offered to drivers.
- If an item is out of stock after you confirmed, contact support instead of sending a partial order. We cancel or adjust the order and refund the customer.
- A customer may cancel until the driver picks the order up. In that case you are owed nothing, and you should restock.
- From pickup, the order is in the driver's custody.
3. Refunds after delivery
A refund after delivery is always paid to the customer's wallet, never in cash. When the store caused the refund (wrong, damaged or missing item), its cost is charged back against your balance after review. You can see every adjustment and its reason on your statement.
4. Try-On Delivery (optional)
Try-On lets customers try items at their door, keep some and return the rest. It is opt-in per store.
- Joining: turn on Try-On in your store settings, accept the Try-On risk policy, and set an inspection phone number. You may also set a maximum Try-On order value.
- Identifiable items: each Try-On item must carry an identifier so the returned item can be matched to the one sent: a barcode or SKU, your own label code, or a Labbesni QR tag per order.
- Inspecting returns: the driver brings returned items back scanned and photographed. For each item you accept it, accept it with a fee, or refuse it with a reason. You must inspect within the time Labbesni sets for your store. If you do not, the return is approved automatically and the customer is refunded in full.
- Accepted: the customer is refunded in full. Accepted with a cleaning or damage fee: the customer is refunded less the fee, and the fee is yours. A fee can never exceed the item price. Refused (not the item sent, or unsellable): there is no refund, and you are paid for the item as a sale, less commission.
- What you are paid: kept items, refused returns and items never returned are paid at the item price less commission. Accepted returns earn nothing for the item, plus any fee you applied.
- No-shows and losses: if the customer does not show up, the driver brings everything back unopened and nothing is sold. If a customer keeps an item and does not return it, it is treated as a sale. An item lost or damaged while with the driver is not your loss; Labbesni resolves it with the delivery agency.
- Suspension: Labbesni may suspend a store from Try-On, for example for repeated late inspections, unjustified refusals or fees, or mismatched items. Regular orders are not affected. We tell you why, and you can contact support to be reinstated.
5. Disputes
A customer can dispute an inspection decision or a fee. We review the driver's photos, your notes and photos, and the customer's evidence. If the decision goes the customer's way, the refund is made and, where the store was at fault, charged back to your balance with the reason. You can raise a dispute with support about any adjustment on your statement.
6. Customer data
You see customer names, phone numbers and addresses only to fulfil the order. Do not use them for marketing or share them. How Labbesni itself handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we publish a new version here and ask you to accept it again.
